The Greatest Gift: A Short Story

I’m super excited to say that I’ve finished another story! This one’s been in the works for a while, but I thought I’d release it today since it’s the week before Christmas. I hope you enjoy!

Here’s the story’s premise before you start reading:

Earl Desmond has spent the past four Christmases alone, and he expects that this Christmas will be no different. But all of that changes when the doorbell rings, announcing the unexpected arrival of Weston, Earl’s troubled son-in-law. Weston refuses to reveal his reason for returning, and it becomes clear that he has been avoiding the past for far too long. With the aid of another surprise visitor, Earl must help his son-in-law see the importance of gift far greater than any other.

  1. Hi, Grace! I read this story the other day. It was interesting! I would like to read some of your other posts about Bible passages when I have a chance.
I did contact you through the contact page, but I wonder if my message went to spam, since I included several links.
Please keep writing for the Lord!
