Recently, I finished a new short story called \u201cCity of Ashes,\u201d and I\u2019m excited to say that it\u2019s now available to read! This story started as a little project to get me out of writer\u2019s block, but I came back to it a few months later to finish it up. I hope you all will enjoy reading as much as I enjoyed writing it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>    To start you off, here\u2019s the story\u2019s premise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>    The Scarlets are outcasts\u2014feared and hated by the superstitious townspeople for reasons long forgotten. One boy, however, knows the truth.
